Founder & Origins

Led by our founder, Prince Rivoningo Gift Mtolo, Founder & Lead Coordinator, PGM Event Planning & Coordination grew from a passion for helping family, friends, and community groups bring their celebrations to life. In July 2025, we organized a Mandela Day children’s event in Johannesburg for the Dr Themba Oscar Makhubele Foundation. As demand increased, we formalized that passion into a professional service and registered the company under Prince Gift Mtolo Legacy Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Today, we pair hands-on creativity with structured processes to deliver dependable, detail-driven events for birthdays, community programs, foundations, and corporate functions.
